ARTIST BIO
Dylan is from New Mexico. His desire to be an actor goes back as far as he can remember. Dylan loved to imitate almost anything from when he was very young. From unusual sounds, cartoon voices, to animals and eventually politicians and celebrities. Dylan's love for the craft of acting eventually drew him to study at Idyllwild Art Academy and SUNY Purchase. Dylan is most proud and honored to have a supporting role in Frozen River, which was nominated for two Oscars in ’09 and Sundance’s ’08 Grand Jury Prize Winner. Dylan most recently has been involved in four readings at New York’s Public Theater, A Stray Dog by William S. Yellowrobe Jr. and Re-Creation Story by Eric Gansworth both as part the Native Theater Initiative, as well as SMOKE by Viki Ramirez and Thieves also by Yellowrobe partnered with AMERINDA. Dylan will also be a part of the next AMERINDA reading of Vikie Ramirez’ sequel to SMOKE in Dec ‘09. Dylan has developed writing his own material recently as well and dreams of creating a collaborative production with other artist. Dylan would like to thank all his relations and feels blessed to be given the opportunities to share his art with others.
