ARTIST BIO
Flutist Andrea Smith thrills her audiences with her groundbreaking performances incorporating
flute performance and modern dance. Her affinity to the world of performance art and deep
understanding and appreciation of her Native American heritage has led to a wide range of

Pilobolus alum choreographer and dancer. This exciting new talent has appeared regionally
dancing and playing with Modern Repertory Dance Theatre in a choreographed production of
George Crumb's Vox Balaenae and numerous world premier performances of works by her mother,
